The Vetus BULFL1240 Bullflex 12 Flexible Coupling is engineered for high-performance marine propulsion systems using a 40 mm propeller shaft. It provides optimal vibration damping, perfect shaft alignment, and smooth torque transmission between the engine and propeller. The highly flexible, pre-tensioned rubber element minimizes torsional and axial vibrations caused by engine cycle irregularities, ensuring quiet, vibration-free, and backlash-free operation. The coupling permits up to 2° misalignment and incorporates galvanic isolation to prevent electrolysis between the engine and shaft, offering superior durability and operational reliability.
