The Jabsco 50870-0012 is a robust and efficient marine high-pressure cyclone pump designed for demanding marine and industrial environments. Featuring a stainless steel pump body and an anti-clog impeller, this pump ensures durability and reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
The pump is equipped with 3/4" pipe thread ports, available in either NPT or BPS threads. It boasts a flow rate of 80 liters per minute (21.1 US gallons per minute) and can handle pressures up to 1.2 bar (17.4 psi). The mechanical shaft seal and stainless steel construction further enhance its reliability and resistance to corrosion.
Powered by a 12-volt motor, this pump operates efficiently with a maximum duty cycle of 30 minutes, followed by a minimum of 30 minutes off. For continuous use, a 24-volt option is available, with a motor life expectancy of up to 2500 hours. It adheres to ISO 8846 MARINE and USCG regulations for ignition protection, as well as ISO 8849 MARINE standards for bilge pumps.
Notable for its silent operation, the pump supports a 2-meter (6-foot) suction lift when wet and allows for single-tool servicing, making it a practical choice for various applications. It is particularly suited for circulation tasks in hot water systems, livewell installations, or bait tanks.
