The Vetus ILT120PH inspection lid is engineered for freshwater and wastewater tanks with wall thicknesses between 4 mm and 10 mm, making it ideal for applications such as the VETUS ATANK series. Constructed entirely from high-grade plastic, it provides long-term durability, enhanced resistance to chlorine deposits, and reliable operation even after extended periods without opening. Its flange-in-ring “clamp and seal” design uses a counter flange and rubber seal that fit into a Ø 159 mm hole; tightening the four supplied bolts compresses the seal for a secure, watertight fit.
The ILT120PH offers a 120 mm internal access diameter, allowing thorough inspection and cleaning of the lowest parts of the tank while keeping all hose connections in place. The standard blind plate can be replaced with dedicated connection kits for freshwater (ILTCOND) or wastewater (ILTCONW), each supplying the necessary fittings. The design focuses on functionality, ensuring minimal friction during opening and placing pressure only on the outer sealing rim.
