The Vetus WHEL1500 is a high-performance electric heating element designed for 230 V AC freshwater heating systems. It provides a heating output of 1500 W and features an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 40–80 °C, enabling precise control of water temperature. This element is supplied as standard with Vetus boilers and is compatible with all Vetus water heaters, as well as other heater brands that utilise a 1¼" threaded connection.
The unit features ISO 228/1 G1¼ (BSP 1¼") male threading and a screw-in length of 300 mm, ensuring reliable sealing and secure installation in standard marine water heater ports.
