Vetus BULFL021 – Bullflex 2 Flexible Coupling, Shaft Ø 1" (25 mm)
The Vetus Bullflex 2 Flexible Coupling is engineered to deliver optimum torsional vibration damping and alignment accuracy for marine propulsion systems. This model is suitable for shafts of Ø 1" (25 mm) and features a 4-inch flange compatible with most standard marine gearboxes including Hurth, Velvet, Technodrive, ZF, and PRM.
The pre-tensioned flexible rubber element absorbs torsional vibrations and engine irregularities, providing low-noise, vibration-free transmission without backlash. A centering ring simplifies installation and guarantees precise propeller-shaft alignment. Even with 2° misalignment, the shaft remains perfectly centered, maintaining smooth propulsion and preventing undue stress on the drivetrain.
