SeaSure rudder gudgeons are available in 25 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm and 54 mm internal widths, with short and long configurations and versions with or without a retaining pin. The 25 mm, 38 mm and 54 mm models are manufactured from heated and drawn aluminium with a hard black anodised finish and include a nylon bearing bush. The 32 mm range uses 5 mm fixing holes, is designed specifically for compatibility with SeaSure rudder fittings and allows the bush to be replaced separately with SeaSure 18.39.

SeaSure Rudder Gudgeons, 25-54 mm, Short or Long, with or without Pin
SeaSure rudder gudgeons are designed for connecting rudder heads or rudderstocks to compatible transom pintles. The range includes 25 mm, 32 mm, 38 mm and 54 mm internal widths with both short and long configurations and versions available with or without a retaining pin.
The 25 mm, 38 mm and 54 mm gudgeons are manufactured from heated and drawn aluminium rather than cast material and have a hard black anodised finish for corrosion protection. These variants incorporate a nylon bearing bush and use an 8 mm diameter hole for the mating transom fitting.
The 32 mm gudgeons are available in short and long versions with or without a pin. They use 5 mm fixing holes and are intended specifically for use with compatible SeaSure rudder fittings. The bush can be replaced separately using SeaSure 18.39 rather than replacing the complete gudgeon.
SeaSure gudgeons are available with different fixing arrangements depending on the installation. A 2-hole fitting is typically used at the top of the rudder or rudderstock and a 3-hole fitting at the bottom, while a 3-hole fitting can also be used at the top where additional strength is required.
