Clamcleat PT414-9 is a yellow polypropylene rope assembly designed for use with the CL279 cleat in underground and semi-buried recycling bag systems, also known as deep-collection containers.
The rope has a diameter of 10 mm (3/8") and an overall length of approximately 8.2 m. One end is finished with a spliced eye and protective sleeve, sized for use with the PT406 loop.
The rope uses a 3-strand core with a tight braided cover and is designed to provide strength, low friction and resistance to abrasion during repeated operation of the recycling bag closure system.
The PT414-9 can be used with CL279, PT406 and compatible tube assemblies including PT413-1, PT416-1 and PT417-1. It can also be used as a release rope with the PT418 clamp.
