Clamcleat CL231 is a compact black nylon Midi cleat with an integral fairlead for 4–8 mm (5/32–5/16") rope. The fairlead guides the line into the cleat teeth from angles up to 90°, while the base can be mounted on flat or curved surfaces using bolts or screws. With the same 54 mm hole centres as CL209 and CL254, it is particularly suitable for sunshade tensioning and other guided rope-control applications.

Clamcleat CL231 is a compact black nylon Midi cleat designed for ropes from 4 to 8 mm (5/32–5/16").
The integrated fairlead guides the rope smoothly into the cleat teeth and allows the line to approach from angles up to 90°. This provides reliable rope alignment where the direction of pull is not directly in line with the cleat.
The CL231 can be fixed with bolts or screws and is suitable for installation on both flat and curved surfaces. Its 54 mm mounting hole centres are the same as those used on the CL209 and CL254 models.
The cleat is particularly suitable for tensioning sunshades and other applications requiring compact rope control with an integral guide.
