Flojet G80E022A - G80 Pulpjet Air Operated Diaphragm Pump
The Flojet G80E022A G80 Pulpjet air operated diaphragm pump is developed for dispensing bag-in-box (BIB) syrups, juice and smoothie mixes containing pulp and particles. Its specially engineered check valve allows soft solids and stringy particles of at least 1/8″ (3 mm) to pass through without clogging.
Application And Performance
Suitable for smoothie mixes, slush beverages, condiments and pizza sauces. The design ensures reliable pumping of liquids with pulp and particulate content.
Design Features
The shuttle valve supports consistent operation and durability. The pump operates quietly thanks to an exhaust muffler and features quick disconnect ports for fast installation. It supports CO2 inlet pressures up to 80 psi (5.5 bar).
