Flojet Duplex II 12V DC Diaphragm Pump Assembly
The Flojet D2131I1311A is a Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for liquid handling tasks such as transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It is designed to run with a manual on/off control (no switch on the pump) and uses an external bypass system to internally bypass flow when system pressure exceeds its bypass setting.

Features
- External bypass system that internally bypasses flow when pressure is over 50 PSI
- Self-priming capability up to 8 ft (2.4 m)
- Can run dry without damage
- Pump head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to simplify plumbing
- Designed for high-pressure pumping at low or high flow rates and will continue to run until power is manually turned off
Product Details
- Intended for intermittent duty cycles; it can be run continuously for short periods of time and is not recommended for continuous duty service due to limited motor brush life.
- Typical uses include liquid transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing; generally used for general agricultural applications.
- Mount in a dry, adequately ventilated area. If installed outdoors, shield the pump from water, dust, sunlight, and wash-down spray.
- Use tubing with a minimum of 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches in length to reduce stress on ports; do not crimp or kink the tubing.
- Use of a minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter in the inlet line is recommended to help prevent debris from entering the system.
- Not recommended to use metal fittings.
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (including gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil) and do not use in an explosive environment.
- Electrical note (12V DC): red lead is positive and connects to battery plus; black lead is ground and connects to battery minus; use T6 AWG wire minimum and a fuse to protect system wiring and components.
