The VDO 323-803-002-016D Oil Temperature Sender is a high-quality component designed to measure temperatures in a range of +50°C to +150°C. With a minimum - maximum operating temperature of -30 °C to +180 °C, this sender is suitable for a variety of applications.

Featuring a thread size of M14 x 1.5 and a sender element length of 40 mm, this temperature sender offers precise measurements. The sensor diameter of 10.8 mm ensures accurate readings, while the torque requirement of 20 Nm ensures secure installation.

This temperature sender is compatible with various temperature mediums including Coolant, Water, Air, Engine oil, Transmission oil, and Fuel. Its electrical features include an operating voltage range of 6 - 24 V DC and a resistor range of 322.8 - 18.6 Ohm.

The temperature sensor signal operates on a Single-Pole common ground, with a warning contact set at 130 °C ± 3 °C. The warning contact switching capacity ranges from 1.2 to 3 Watt non-inductive, and the contact closes with rising temperature for added safety.
