Icom IC-GM1600E Portable Marine VHF – Standard or GMDSS Package
The Icom IC-GM1600E is a portable marine VHF transceiver designed for professional maritime and emergency communication. It is available in two configurations: the standard IC-GM1600E radio and the PACKGM1600E package supplied with the lithium battery required for GMDSS lifeboat applications.
The radio features a high-visibility yellow housing, robust anti-shock construction, IPX7 waterproof protection and a large LCD display for operation in demanding marine environments. Large control keys allow operation while wearing gloves, while adjustable backlighting and contrast improve display visibility in low-light conditions.
