The Blue Sea 1810 Ultrasonic Tank Sender provides accurate and reliable liquid level measurement for diesel, water, and waste tanks when used with Blue Sea Vessel Systems Monitor VSM 422 and M2 meters. Utilizing SSI Technologies Fluid-Trac® non-contact ultrasonic technology, the sender eliminates mechanical moving parts that can wear over time or cause intermittent signal loss.
Digital filtering minimizes errors caused by liquid sloshing in mobile tanks, and each sender can be precisely calibrated to the specific tank using compatible monitors. The sender is designed for tanks up to 32 inches deep and must be installed according to specific mounting requirements to ensure measurement accuracy.

Mounting Requirements & Limitations
- Compatible only with Blue Sea VSM 422 and M2 monitors
- Sender must be mounted at least 4 in (102 mm) from any tank wall or baffle
- Tank floor must not be sloped
- Maximum tank depth: 32 in (813 mm)
- Sender must be mounted perpendicular to the liquid surface
- Negative connection should be wired as directly as possible to the main negative bus
