TREM nylon washers with snap-on caps provide a neat finish for visible screw fastenings by covering the screw heads after installation. Each set includes a nylon washer fitted beneath the screw head and a matching cap that snaps over it. The caps are made from acetone-resistant material and are available in white (RAL 9003) or black. Choose between 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm mounting hole diameters. All versions are supplied in packs of 60 sets.

TREM Nylon Washers with Snap-On Screw Caps

TREM nylon washers with snap-on caps are designed to conceal screw heads and provide a clean, finished appearance to visible fastenings. They are suitable for boat interior fittings, decorative panels, furniture and other applications where exposed screw heads need to be covered.

Each set consists of a nylon washer placed beneath the screw head and a matching cap that snaps over the washer after installation. The cap conceals the screw head, creating a smooth, rounded finish.

The caps are manufactured from acetone-resistant material. Two colours are available: white (RAL 9003) and black.

The washers are available with mounting hole diameters of 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm. Each version is supplied in a pack containing 60 sets.

Installation

Place the nylon washer beneath the screw head and tighten the screw. Press the matching cap onto the washer until it snaps into place, covering the screw head.

Select the mounting hole diameter and colour according to the fastening and the desired finish.
