UNIMER Snubber Elastic Mooring System – For 14-20 mm Rope
The UNIMER Snubber is an elastic mooring compensator manufactured from durable polyurethane material. It is designed to increase the elasticity of mooring lines and reduce shock loads generated by vessel movement, waves and changing weather conditions.
The compensator can be fitted directly onto the mooring line regardless of its position, providing a simple and effective method of improving load absorption. Additional Snubber units can be installed on the same line to further increase the compensation effect.
