Tecnoseal HC 100-110 rectangular zinc sacrificial plate anodes with inserts for marine hull and transom applications. Available in three sizes: 00234 (180 × 65 × 30 mm, 2.00 kg), 00235 (190 × 65 × 30 mm, 2.30 kg) and 00262/N (200 × 100 × 30 mm, 3.60 kg). Models 00234 and 00235 have 13 × 25 mm elongated mounting holes spaced 102 mm centre to centre. Model 00262/N has 11 × 15 mm mounting holes spaced 100 mm centre to centre. Select the required size according to the existing mounting arrangement.

The Tecnoseal HC 100-110 series includes rectangular zinc sacrificial plate anodes with inserts for marine hull and transom applications. Three models are available: 00234, 00235 and 00262/N.

All three anodes have a height of 30 mm and feature two mounting openings. They differ in overall dimensions, mounting hole spacing, hole size and weight.

Hull and Transom Application

These zinc plate anodes are designed for marine hull and transom installations requiring sacrificial corrosion protection for electrically connected metallic components.

The zinc material acts as a sacrificial element to help reduce galvanic corrosion when installed with proper electrical contact.

Mounting and Replacement

The three models have different mounting configurations. Models 00234 and 00235 share the same 102 mm mounting hole spacing and 13 × 25 mm openings. Model 00262/N has 100 mm mounting hole spacing and 11 × 15 mm openings.

Before ordering, compare the overall dimensions, hole spacing and mounting opening dimensions with the existing anode.

Inspect sacrificial anodes periodically and replace them when sufficiently consumed.
