The Vetus PCFS45 is a fixed-height seat pedestal developed for marine installations where a robust and stable seating height is required. With a height of 457 mm, it provides an optimal position for helm and observer seating while maintaining a compact footprint.
The pedestal integrates a full 360° swivel and a built-in seat slide. The slide mechanism offers 135 mm of fore-aft travel and locks securely in one of seven positions, allowing precise seat positioning while ensuring stability under way.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant, marine-grade anodised aluminium, the PCFS45 delivers long-term durability in harsh onboard environments. The anodised (dull) base is designed for fixed installation.
The pedestal supports both R and S hole patterns, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of marine seat models. Always verify the mounting pattern of your seat before installation.
Certified according to ABYC H-31 (July 2020) as type A0, the PCFS45 includes a positive locking system capable of withstanding 205 Nm of torque, making it suitable for operator seating at any vessel speed.
