The Vetus CHFSD First Mate is a compact deluxe folding helm seat developed for practical and space-efficient installations on board. Its lightweight aluminium construction and foldable backrest make it ideal for smaller boats, fishing vessels and auxiliary seating positions where flexibility and clear deck space are essential.
The folding backrest is equipped with robust anodised aluminium hinges, ensuring smooth operation and long-term corrosion resistance in marine environments. When folded, the seat occupies minimal space, improving cockpit accessibility and allowing rapid reconfiguration of the deck layout.
