Vetus XHI24B - Exhaust Temperature Alarm Gauge Black 24V
Safety first! Why you should always have an exhaust system temperature alarm If the cooling water system is clogged or the cooling water pump impeller is damaged, very little or no water will get into the exhaust system. In this case, the temperature of the exhaust system rises much faster than the engine temperature, so VETUS recommends installing an exhaust gas temperature alarm that indicates acoustically and visually when the temperature in the exhaust hose or silencer reaches a critical temperature.

- Hole size for the sensor installation Ø 52 mm, overall dimension 62 mm
- Installation depth 40 mm
- Available for 12 or 24 volts
- Type XHSM for VETUS waterlocks that have a pre-installed connection
- Type XHSH for installation in the exhaust hose
Note: The temperature sensors and alarm indicators must be ordered separately. In a system with two machines, both sensors can be connected to an alarm indicator.
