Vetus SLANG40 Flexible Rubber Exhaust Hose Ø40 mm
The Vetus SLANG40 is an exceptionally flexible marine exhaust hose designed for installations where easy routing, compact bends and long service life are essential. Constructed from smooth EPDM rubber and reinforced with a dense steel spiral, it provides superior flexibility compared to standard exhaust hoses, reducing installation time and facilitating use in tight engine compartments.
The completely smooth internal surface helps reduce engine back pressure and supports efficient exhaust gas flow. This hose is suitable for exhaust and waste water applications and is engineered to perform reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, with brief peak tolerance up to 115°C. With its strong construction and enhanced flexibility, the SLANG40 is suitable for both generator installations and small-to-medium marine engines.
