The Vetus SLANG125 is a large-diameter, high-flexibility marine exhaust hose engineered for installations requiring smooth internal flow, high thermal stability and long-term durability. Made from EPDM rubber and reinforced with a densely wound steel spiral, it preserves the characteristic flexibility of the SLANG range even at 5-inch diameter, ensuring easy routing in demanding or space-limited marine engine rooms.
A completely smooth internal surface minimizes engine back pressure and supports efficient exhaust gas transport. The hose performs reliably within a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C and tolerates brief peak temperatures up to 115°C. It is suitable for both exhaust and waste water applications and complies with SAE J2006 R2 while holding Lloyd’s Register approval.
