Suitable for panel thicknesses from 2 to 18 mm.

The Vetus PWS31A1 is a heavy-duty marine porthole designed for installation in the hull side and certified for CE Category A1 applications. Its construction incorporates a polished AISI 316 stainless steel inner frame for maximum corrosion resistance in marine environments, combined with a framed 8 mm smoke-coloured opening pane for improved aesthetics and reduced glare.
The clamp-type installation ensures that no fixings are visible inside or outside, preserving a clean professional appearance. Friction hinges hold the pane securely in any desired ventilation position, while watertight closure is ensured by precision-engineered knobs. A mosquito screen is supplied as standard to prevent insects from entering the vessel during ventilation.
