The Vetus NLP50SHD waterlock/muffler belongs to the NAVIDURIN® heavy-duty series, engineered for high-temperature, high-stress marine applications. Constructed from the NAVIDURIN® composite blend, the unit withstands continuous temperatures up to 260°C, with deformation resistance under pressure up to 250°C—nearly double that of standard GRP materials. It maintains superior tensile and flexural strength while remaining significantly lighter than comparable heavy-duty products. The NLP50SHD integrates the proven acoustic and low-back-pressure performance of the NLP series with a larger 10-litre capacity for demanding installations.
