Vetus FS3816 - Fuel "Splash-Stop" 38mm Cap Hose Ø38 & 51mm

The Vetus FS3816 spill protection is designed to connect directly to a deck filler neck with a diameter of 38mm or 51mm. Please note that the filler neck is not included and must be ordered separately.

This innovative device ensures that overflowing diesel fuel and foam are contained within the reservoir, with a capacity of approximately 2 litres, preventing contamination of the deck and surrounding water. Any excess fuel flows back into the main tank via the connection (2), which also serves as the necessary tank ventilation. The ventilation line to the outside should be installed at connection (3).

For added convenience, a Vetus diesel odor filter can be installed in the ventilation line. If positioned correctly, the vent line can exit below deck level if required. The FS3816 comes with connections for Ø38mm or Ø51mm tank filler hoses, along with a cover insert (Ø38mm) and vent connection (Ø16mm).
