The Vetus FS3816 (article FS3816) is a fuel splash-stop designed for a 38 mm deck filler connection and supplied with fittings for both 38 mm and 51 mm fuel filling hoses, along with a 16 mm breather line. With an integrated reservoir of approximately 2 litres, it captures overflowing diesel fuel and foam, preventing deck contamination while allowing excess fuel to return safely to the tank. The unit measures 250 mm in length, 120 mm in width, and 125 mm in height.

The Vetus FS3816 fuel splash-stop is engineered to prevent diesel overflow and foam discharge during tank filling. Mounted directly beneath a 38 mm deck filler entry, it collects excess fuel inside an integrated reservoir of approximately 2 litres, preventing spillage onto the deck and eliminating risk of water contamination. Excessive fuel is automatically returned to the tank via the 16 mm breather connection, ensuring safe, controlled refuelling.
