Vetus BULFL1240 - Flexible Coupling BULLFLEX12 for 40mm Shaft
The Bullflex coupling is Vetus' answer to the increasing demand for even more driving comfort. Specially developed for optimal vibration dampening, it efficiently reduces torsional vibrations, resulting in a noiseless and vibration-damping connection between the motor and the propeller shaft. Thanks to the super-elastic rubber element, this coupling ensures a backlash-free connection, while puncture protection (axial and radial) guarantees optimal performance. Its high flexibility and ability to withstand deviations of up to 2º make it suitable for various marine applications, providing smooth operation and easy assembly.

Specifications
- Models 1, 2, and 4 have a 4" connection
- Models 8, 12, and 16 have a 4" connection and 5" connection
- The Model 32 has 6 threaded M16 holes on a pitch circle diameter of Ø120.65mm / 4.7" for mounting the clutches on most transmissions (Hurth, Velvet, TD, ZF, and P.R.M.)
- Vetus also supplies the necessary attachments for mounting the Bullflex to the gearbox. This clutch is not suitable for V-drives
