The Vetus BP250S25 steel bow thruster tunnel is engineered for installation in steel marine hull structures requiring a 250 mm diameter tunnel with extended 2500 mm length. Constructed from high-strength P355 / St 52.0 steel, it offers excellent durability and construction integrity. Both internal and external surfaces are blast-cleaned to promote proper coating adhesion, followed by a 40 µm zinc phosphate primer layer for corrosion resistance.
