This pump is the perfect solution for all your engine cooling needs. Made of durable bronze and featuring a neoprene impeller, carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, and 1-1/4 inch NPT internal ports, this pump is designed for maximum efficiency and reliability.

With a nominal flow rate of 235 Litres/min (62 gallons/min) at 1750rpm, this pump is capable of handling even the most demanding cooling applications. It can prime at low or high speeds and can even handle a vertical dry suction lift of up to 22 feet (6.7m) when wetted.

One of the most notable features of this pump is its flexibility. It can pump both thin and viscous liquids and can handle more solids in suspension than other types of rotary pumps. It can operate at low or high speeds, can be mounted at any angle, and can pump in either direction with equal efficiency.

With its Neoprene impeller, this pump is suitable for water and general-purpose pumping. If there is any oil in the water, simply switch to the Nitrile impeller (see parts list). Additionally, this pump is highly versatile and can be mounted in any position depending on the rotation of the pump shaft.

It's important to note that this pump relies on the liquid being pumped for lubrication. Do not run it dry for more than 30 seconds as this can damage the impeller and other components. The temperature limits for the Neoprene impeller are 45 degrees F to 180 degrees F ( 7 degrees C to 82 degrees C) and for continuous operation, the pressure should not exceed 30 psi. For intermittent service, pressures from 35 to 50 psi can be attained by using the 807-1001 high pressure impeller and an extra gasket.
