Jabsco 30580-1005 - Stainless Steel Pedestal Pump
This stainless steel pedestal pump by Jabsco, model 30580-1005, features a 316 stainless steel construction with a Neoprene Impeller and Carbon/Ceramic Mechanical Seal. It is equipped with 2-inch Clamp Type Ports and is designed as a bare shafted pedestal pump end without a motor. These pumps offer unique capabilities that are often either unavailable or come at a high cost compared to other pumps. Ideal for applications where self-priming is essential, these hygienic flexible impeller pumps excel at pumping viscous or air-entrained food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical products. Their gentle pumping action makes them suitable for delicate liquids, and they can handle liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials. The pump is self-priming at both low and high speeds, capable of vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet (Neoprene) with a minimum of 860 RPM. It can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet when wet. The operating temperature limits vary based on the impeller compound, with Neoprene offering a range of 45 degrees to 150 degrees F (7 degrees to 65 degrees C). This pump has a flow rate of 105 US gallons/min (397 Litres/min) at 1750rpm, is self-priming from dry up to 5m (16.4ft) and can operate at pressures up to 3 bar.
