The Jabsco 30570-2005 is a stainless steel pump end with a neoprene impeller, designed as a replacement part without a motor. It features a food-grade nitrile/carbon/ceramic mechanical seal and 1-1/2 inch ACME threaded ports. Ideal for self-priming and handling viscous or air-entrained liquids in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical applications, it supports temperatures from 45 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that it is not suitable for pumping flammable liquids.

The Jabsco 30570-2005 is a high-quality pump end crafted from 316 stainless steel, featuring a neoprene impeller. Designed specifically as a replacement pump end, it excludes the motor and is equipped with a food-grade nitrile/carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. It includes 1-1/2 inch ACME threaded ports with a bevel seat. This pump is ideal for applications requiring self-priming and is highly effective for pumping viscous or air-entrained products in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Its gentle pumping action makes it suitable for handling delicate liquids at lower speeds. Capable of pumping liquids with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, as long as there is chemical compatibility with the pump materials, it offers unique advantages over other types of pumps. The pump is self-priming at both low and high speeds, requiring a minimum of 860 RPM for a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet, and can achieve a suction lift of up to 22 feet when wet. Operating temperatures depend on the impeller compound, with neoprene offering a range from 45 degrees to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees to 65 degrees Celsius). Note that this pump should not be used with gasoline, solvents, thinners, or other flammable liquids.
