The Jabsco 30570-1015 Pedestal Pump is a robust and versatile solution designed for a variety of pumping needs. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this pump features a flexible impeller made of Neoprene and is equipped with a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal. It has 1-1/2 inch clamp type ports and is supplied as a bare shafted pedestal pump end only, without a motor.
Self-priming at both low and high speeds, this pump can achieve a vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet with a minimum speed of 860 RPM when using Neoprene impellers. When the pump is wet, it can produce a suction lift of up to 22 feet. The temperature limits of operation vary based on the impeller material: Neoprene can handle temperatures from 45 degrees to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (7 degrees to 65 degrees Celsius). With a nominal flow rate of 55 US gallons per minute (208 liters per minute) at 1750 RPM, this pump excels in handling viscous or air-entrained liquids, including those found in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical applications. Its gentle pumping action is also ideal for delicate liquids and those with viscosities up to 20,000 cps, provided they are chemically compatible with the pump materials.
