Jabsco 28320-4105H - 1" P80 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Motor Pump Unit
The Jabsco 28320-4105H is a highly efficient, hygienic, self-priming pump unit designed for a wide range of applications. This pump is powered by a 400v/3 phase/50Hz 1420rpm electric motor and is constructed with AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
Key features of this pump include a neoprene impeller, which allows for flexibility in handling various materials. The pump is equipped with 1" RJT (BS1864) ports, and its compact design has dimensions of approximately 400mm in length, 230mm in width, and 180mm in height. The motor delivers a power output of 0.55 kW, providing a flow rate of up to 72 litres per minute at a 3-meter head, with a maximum differential pressure of 1.7 bar.
This pump is suitable for industries such as food, dairy, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. It excels in tasks such as transferring, filling, emptying, recirculating, mixing, injection, or sampling. The Jabsco 28320-4105H can handle both soft and hard solids and is effective with viscosities up to 150cP. It is self-priming up to 5 meters and supports clean-in-place (CIP) or easy strip-to-clean processes, contributing to its long service life.
