Jabsco 28320-4105C - 1" P80 'Pureflo' Hygienic Self-Priming Flexible Impeller Motor Pump Unit
The Jabsco 28320-4105C is a high-performance hygienic pump designed for various applications in the food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. This self-priming flexible impeller motor pump unit is equipped with a robust 230v/1 phase/50Hz electric motor operating at 1390rpm, ensuring efficient performance.
Constructed with AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a neoprene impeller, this pump guarantees durability and reliability. It features 1" RJT (BS1864) ports for easy connections. The dimensions of the unit are approximately 380mm long, 150mm wide, and 210mm high, with a motor power of 0.55 kW. It can deliver an output of up to 72 litres per minute at a 3m head, with a maximum differential pressure of 1.7 bar.
Designed for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean maintenance, the pump includes a long-life mechanical shaft seal. It is versatile enough to handle both soft and hard solids and can manage viscosities up to 700 cP. The self-priming capability extends up to 4.5m, making it suitable for various tasks such as transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, or sampling duties.
