Jabsco 28220-7125 - 1" P40 'Pureflo' Hygienic Flexible Impeller Pump Head Kit
The Jabsco 28220-7125 is a highly versatile and durable pump head kit designed to fit IEC 71 standard D80 frame motors. Constructed with AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts and featuring a high-pressure neoprene impeller, this pump head ensures reliable performance across a range of applications.
Connections are made via 25mm SMS 1145 ports, and the pump head measures approximately 115mm in length and 120mm in width. It offers a maximum output of 33 litres per minute at a 3m head with a 1500rpm motor, and can handle a maximum differential pressure of 2.5 bar.
Designed for clean-in-place or easy strip-to-clean maintenance, the pump head features a long-life mechanical shaft seal. It is widely used across various industries including Food, Dairy, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, and Beverage sectors. Its applications include transfer, filling, emptying, recirculating/mixing, injection, and sampling duties.
The pump head is capable of handling both soft and hard solids and can manage viscosities up to 50,000 cP. It is self-priming up to 4.5 meters and is compatible with IDF, RJT, DIN, 3A, and clamp port types.
