The Jabsco 18840-0010 self-priming engine cooling pump is a bronze flexible impeller unit supplied with a 6-1/2 inch diameter A belt pulley for dependable marine and industrial cooling duty. It uses a neoprene impeller with a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal, features 1 inch hose ports, and delivers a nominal 8.9 gallons per minute (33 liters per minute) at 1500 rpm while self-priming from dry up to 2.4 m (7.8 ft). Designed for liquids from 45°F to 180°F, it is intended to run lubricated by water and should not be run dry for more than 30 seconds to protect impeller life.
