Advanced Shaft Position Propeller
The Max-Prop Boomerang is an advanced shaft-position propeller that automatically moves into the shaft position as soon as no torque is applied to the propeller shaft. This is essential for modern sailboats with hydraulic transmissions, where the shaft has virtually no resistance when the engine is not running.
Unique Patented Technology
Max-Prop engineers have developed a patented radial spring package incorporated into the body of the Boomerang model. This spring system automatically pushes the blades into the default vane position when the engine is idling or switched off, independent of shaft rotation or boat speed.
