CENTAFLEX coupling type M for flexible coupling, especially for yachts where there are many requirements for vibration attenuation. It is offered in two sizes, with a capacity of 40 hp to 80 hp (depending on the speed of the propeller shaft). For decades, thousands of these couplings have been operating reliably on motor boats and sailing yachts. The large volume rubber element provides even torque transmission. The couplings have a turning retainer, so that the vessel remains controllable even if the rubber element breaks. Torque up to 500 Nm. Type M 127 has a standard 4 "flange connection. Type M 160 has both a 4 "and a 5" connection. Yanmar types are supplied with a connecting flange of Ø25 to 30 mm.
