The TruDesign Monitored Ball Valves range is designed for marine applications requiring reliable flow control and remote valve position monitoring. Suitable for use above and below the waterline, these valves are manufactured in New Zealand using glass-reinforced nylon composite material with high impact and tensile strength.
The integrated position monitoring system allows remote indication of valve status and can also be integrated into engine or generator start interlock systems to help ensure cooling water availability before startup.
The composite construction eliminates corrosion and electrolysis issues commonly associated with traditional metal valves, while PTFE ball and sealing rings provide smooth long-term operation in demanding marine environments.
