The PSP Self-Amalgamating Tape is a high-performance non-adhesive sealing tape designed for demanding marine maintenance and electrical applications. Unlike conventional adhesive tapes, it bonds only to itself, preventing adhesive residue on fittings while creating a durable waterproof seal.
Ideal for rigging screws, terminals, through-hull connectors, deck electrical wiring, and emergency hose repairs, the tape forms a waterproof seal approximately one hour after application. It also provides excellent electrical insulation, ozone resistance, corrosion protection, and reliable performance over a wide operating temperature range.
Supplied in recyclable packaging, the tape is available in black and white and in two widths to suit different installation requirements.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the application surface is clean and dry.
- Peel back approximately 50 mm of the protective liner and hold the tape firmly in place.
- Stretch the tape to approximately half of its original width during application.
- Wrap the tape spirally under tension, overlapping each turn until the repair is complete.
- Press the end firmly into place. The tape will bond to itself and form a waterproof seal in approximately one hour.
