The PSP Leak Stop is a complete emergency and permanent pipe repair system designed to repair leaking pipes quickly and effectively. Suitable for use on rubber, plastic, brass, steel, and many other materials, the kit creates a durable repair capable of withstanding demanding operating conditions.

Repairs can be completed in less than 30 minutes and withstand pressures up to 20 bar and temperatures up to 200°C. In addition to leak sealing, the repair provides corrosion protection and electrical insulation up to 16,000 volts, making it suitable for a wide range of marine, industrial, and emergency maintenance applications.

Directions for Use

Turn off the supply to the leaking pipe.
Clean, dry, and sand the damaged area.
Put on the supplied protective gloves.
Knead the epoxy stick until both components are completely mixed.
Press the epoxy putty into and around the damaged area.
Remove the fiberglass bandage from the foil pouch and soak it in fresh or salt water for approximately 5 seconds until fully saturated.
Wrap the bandage tightly around the repair area, extending at least 5 cm beyond each side of the damage while maintaining tension.
Continue pressing and moulding the bandage in the direction of the wrap until it begins to harden.
