The PSP Heavy Duty Stayput Sail Repair Tape is a premium self-adhesive polyamide fabric tape developed for demanding sail repair applications. Designed as a higher-strength version of the standard Stayput repair tape, it is particularly suitable for sailing boats over 10 metres where increased durability is required.
Highly conformable and exceptionally strong, the tape resists seawater and harsh weather conditions while providing fast repairs without sewing. It is supplied in recyclable packaging and is available in two roll widths to suit different repair requirements.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust and grease.
- Remove the protective liner.
- Apply the tape firmly without leaving creases or folds.
- For a stronger repair, apply tape to both sides of the sail, offsetting the patches.
- Round the tape corners before application to improve durability.
- At room temperature, the repair becomes waterproof once the adhesive has fully set, normally within one hour.
