The Osculati Anodized Aluminium Rigging Screw Cover Profile is designed to neatly cover shrouds and rigging screws while protecting sails and improving the appearance of standing rigging. Manufactured from anodized aluminium, each profile is supplied in 2 m lengths and is available in 40 mm or 60 mm diameters, suitable for wire diameters up to 7 mm or 12 mm respectively. Compatible nylon end caps are available separately.

The Osculati Anodized Aluminium Rigging Screw Cover Profile provides a clean and professional solution for covering shrouds and rigging screws on sailing yachts. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminium, the profile helps protect sails, lines, and crew from exposed rigging components while enhancing the overall appearance of the standing rigging.
The profile consists of two interlocking halves with a dovetail joint, allowing installation without dismantling the shrouds. The extrusion can be cut to the required length, after which it must be drilled and secured using the appropriate retaining pin. Compatible black nylon end caps are available separately and are not included.
