Big Boat sheaves are designed for specialized applications and as replacements in Big Boat blocks. Constructed from hardcoat-anodized, PTFE-impregnated 6061-T6 aluminum, these sheaves incorporate Torlon® rollers to manage high radial loads and carbon-black Delrin® balls to handle sideloads while offering UV protection.
