The Gottifredi Maffioli Loopline 78 is a shape-retaining endless furling line developed for drums in larger furling systems and in-mast furling mainsails. Featuring a 12-strand Dyneema® SK78 core and a 24-strand braided polyester cover with aramid fibres, it provides excellent wear resistance, easy splicing into an endless loop, and reliable handling. The 8 mm rope offers a breaking strength of 2510 kg and is supplied in standard 100 m rolls.

The Gottifredi Maffioli Loopline 78 is specifically designed for drums used in larger furling systems and furling mainsail applications. The rope combines a Dyneema® SK78 core with a braided cover containing polyester and aramid fibres, providing excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability.
The construction is optimized for use as an endless furling line and can be easily spliced into a continuous loop. Its shape-retaining characteristics and abrasion resistance make it suitable for demanding marine environments.
