English Braids Silverline Pre-Stretched Heat-Set Polyester Halyard & Sheet Rope 6-14 mm, 100-200 m - Assorted Colors
English Braids Silverline is a high-performance polyester sailing rope based on the proven Braid on Braid construction and further developed for reduced stretch, improved handling and reliable performance in halyard and sheet applications.
The rope combines a 12-strand polyester core with a 24-strand high-tenacity polyester cover. Both the core and cover are pre-stretched and heat-set to minimize elongation while retaining excellent flexibility. The 24-strand cover is arranged in 8 groups of 3 strands, helping the rope maintain a round and uniform profile.
Silverline provides secure grip in hand and strong holding power in halyard stoppers. Its high-tenacity polyester construction offers excellent abrasion resistance and colorfastness, while the rope remains easy to splice without unraveling.
