The Windesign EX2213 outhaul primary line is designed for Laser® Radial, MK2, and ILCA® 6 / 7 dinghies, providing efficient sail foot adjustment and dependable rig control. The assembly uses a low-stretch 3 mm Dyneema® line combined with a lightweight Harken 29 mm Ti-Lite block for smooth and responsive operation.

The system features a large loop designed to fit around the boom end, allowing quick installation and fast release during rigging and derigging procedures.
