Optiparts EX1374 - Optimist Floating Painter Line 5.5 mm x 8.1 m Blue – UV Protected Polypropylene Tow Line
Optiparts EX1374 is a dedicated floating painter line developed specifically for Optimist dinghies, providing a safe and dependable towing and securing solution in training and racing environments.
Manufactured from double-braid polypropylene, this painter line remains afloat on the water surface, reducing the risk of sinking beneath the hull or becoming entangled in propellers of coach boats—a critical safety advantage during towing operations.
The UV-treated polypropylene cover improves resistance against sunlight degradation, extending service life in harsh marine conditions and ensuring reliable long-term use.
Its 8.1 meter length provides practical handling distance for towing, docking, launching, and securing Optimist dinghies both ashore and afloat.
