The Whale Gusher Urchin manual hand pump is a self-priming, thru-deck/thru-bulkhead pump designed for bilge, grey waste, toilet, sewage, or drinking water transfer. It is rated up to 55 L/min (also listed as 50 L at 70 strokes per minute and approx. 37 litres at 45 strokes per minute), fits 25 mm or 38 mm hoses (1 inch or 1-1/2 inch ID), and uses a lightweight polypropylene body with corrosion-resistant materials. The pump head rotates 360°, includes a removable stainless steel handle with lanyard and a deckplate (DP8904) for through-deck mounting, and has a maximum suction lift of 4 m and maximum discharge head of 3 m.
