The Johnson Pump 10-13607-04 circulation pump unit delivers high-pressure coolant circulation for demanding heating and cooling systems across boats, trains, buses, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, and motorhomes, while also serving as a replacement for original equipment intercooler circulation pumps. Its heavy-duty magnetic-driven, seal-less design supports leak-proof operation, with flow performance of 78 liters/minute at 0.6 bar and 43 l/min at 1 bar. A waterproof and dustproof 24V DC brushless motor (nominal voltage 27.2V) with thermal overload protection, speed sensor output, and permanently lubricated ball bearings supports up to 40,000 hours of uninterrupted service, and the pump can withstand dry running for up to 20 minutes. Designed for freshwater or water/glycol mixtures (max. 60% glycol), it operates from –40°C to +100°C, requires flooded suction (non-self-priming), includes a separate universal bracket for flat-surface mounting, and connects to a 38 mm (1-1/2") hose.
