Duplex II Demand Diaphragm Pump With 60 PSI Pressure Switch
The Flojet D3822H5011 is a Flojet Duplex II series diaphragm pump built for general industrial liquid handling tasks such as transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration, and dispensing. It uses an automatic demand pressure switch to stop and restart the pump based on discharge pressure.

Product Details
- Designed for intermittent duty; continuous operation is intended only for short periods of time
- Do not use to pump flammable fluids (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, etc.) and do not use in an explosive environment
- Inlet pressure must not exceed 30 PSI (2.1 bar)
- If a check valve is installed in the plumbing, it must have a cracking pressure of no more than 2 PSI (0.14 bar)
- Recommended inlet protection: minimum 40 mesh strainer or filter
- Suggested suction tubing: minimum 3/8 inch ID and at least 20 inches long to reduce stress on pump ports
